NHS Fees

Please note that NHS treatment is rationed based on national guidelines for treatment need, related to dental health and function and not all patients will be eligible. NHS treatment is not available for patients with slight irregularities and who would only benefit cosmetically.

During NHS treatment there is usually no charge unless an appliance is lost or broken due to patient neglect.

Following active treatment, a period of 12 months retention supervision is included in the course of treatment. Any problems with your retainers after this period will attract a fee.

Payment Options

We will be able to arrange the fitting of the appliances after consenting to treatment and the financial arrangements are in place.
Costs are indicative and will be formalised following a full assessment with Mr Bowyer. Prices are governed by the complexity and duration of treatment.

Options

Payment in full at the start of treatment.
Payment in 2 instalments, 50% when we fit your brace and the final 50% 6 months into treatment.
0% finance can be taken over 6, 10, or 12 months. All patients must pay a 30% deposit before the 0% finance application can be completed.
